Booking Policies Thank you for choosing me for your hair services. Please review my policies before booking. Deposits Some services require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward your final service total and are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled without proper notice. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-Shows No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay for future bookings. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on the service booked. Health Policy If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please notify me as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment. Same-day cancellations due to illness may still be subject to the cancellation policy. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
